    I wasn't sure if he was still around. Whenever I saw him on the Tele, he always seemed like the lone voice of reason, amongst a flurry of idiots.

    Matt Hancock is on the news, saying how we must reward the NHS for their efforts, less than a year after voting not to give nurses a pay rise.

    Could someone explain to me, how that doesn't make him a massive hypocrite and an expletive of my choice?

    Never, but if just once, just for ****ing once, he said, "look we got it wrong last year, we are sorry, here's what we're going to do now," then make the statement he's made today.

    It's the same as the police, they've cut well over 20,000 in 10 years, but now look, Tubby says "We are going to recruit 20,000 more police!" Thumps table dramatically.

    No you aren't, you're bringing back less, than the amount your government sacked in the first place.

    If they owned their **** ups, instead of trying to spin them into these monumental claims/lies eg, "World beating track and trace app<laugh>," I'd have a lot of respect, I really would.
