Only because you were looking for Rachel Riley's hoop ( luck) and failed to see the joy of just looking at dirty photos
I've been doing calisthenics... hard as hell but gets results... think I'll keep doing it... problem is at first you are so **** and you remain **** for months until a slight progression
it's basically showing off tbh, but you have to go through years of looking pathetic... everything is harder than it looks ... you think ok I'll try that then realise after less than 1 second it's completely impossible ... you have to start doing very pathetic stuff.. there a stages to building up the simplest looking moves and you cannot skip them.
@Ben 10 this is the stuff I'm probs close where this guys at after 6 months .. I think he's lying and on roids about only doing it 12 months ... it takes years mon every day to get that good
I thought I was strong until I started this **** ... I'm still very much a beginner... had some small progress but that's the buzz.. you get a real good feeling when you make a small breakthrough and theres an endless amount of different things to learn and put together... it's the hardest thing I've ever taken on ... I don't quit though
