Most Wetherspoons are clean with cheap food and booze , you get what you pay for.
Yep, I binned it off at the right time. Did all my pub drinking in a haze of cigarette smoke, which is exactly as it should be.
I used to love the old fashioned Gin Palace type boozers round Hackney and Islington. Glad I never had to suffer the horror of seeing most of them turn into Gastro Pubs.

Most Wetherspoons I have been to were full of builders and tradesman getting a cheap lunch and a pint , for the same price as a baguette and a mineral water at Starbucks.
