let's be honest mate there's been an incredible amount of serious problems in the takeover attempt, so it's no surprise it a taken this long. The reality is that it's going to go through... masters all but said it
I like to let you all know I have read all the information/stories and twitter posts so am informed. So I can firmly say it will or will not happen anytime in the future. Why do you doubt me...
Nowt worse as a football fan than your owners suffocating your club. FWIW I don’t think Ashley has done a bad job of running your club, there’s many worse out there but he’s disconnected your club from its fans and that is where it’s all gone tits up.
the media are, in my opinion scum. They are meant to report the news but they add their spin to it to try to sway opinion. I couldn’t give a **** what the politics of a reporter are... just keep your oninions to yourself you ****. saw a funny meme the other day in the style of an old school postcard where a little lass is getting told off and the caption read ‘stop telling lies or you will grow up to be a BBC report’. **** them all.
as usual tel is on the money. In the black and while whirlwind within which we live, it takes a fan of another club to inject some perspective.
depends how you look at it ..if a club that was regularly in Europe turns into a side getting relegated more times in a new owner tenure than it had in it's history and falls to fighting for 17th any clubs fan base would be far from pleased. If an entire fan base is up.in arms for 13 years that says it all. money wise you can't argue he's done well.. very well.
Not having that ! Daddies is made off the **** they sweep off the the floor in the Hammonds factory The rest of you HP eating freaks can **** off too....
Just playing devils advocate with slight bias ha. It would have made far more sense for Staveley and the Reubens to buy with 50-50 ownership and to agree a sponsor deal with the Saudi's that allowed immediate investment. PIF could then have come on board later. Staveley/ Reubens would fly through and own the club. Then, no-one would have given a toss about scrutiny over the Saudi's.
That would be true if the land were somewhere like London - but I can see why you’d think that way, as that’s your home town.
