After being appointed as Player Manager for the new look Liverpool team, I have decided to go for a 4-1-3-2 for our first match, away at Everton.

    -------------Hash--------------
    LDC------Bozz---Ze-----Lucaas
    -----------Jonesy----------------
    --Sky------Bluff(c)-------Luvgonzo
    -------Dave------RHC---------

    SUBS:

    HammerHead - GK
    GKRK - ST
    Billy - ST
    Page - CAM
    DR4Arms - DM/CAM
    Chris - RW/LW
    Jatt - RB/LB/CB

Everyone else will rotate on the bench to ensure strong tactical options.

For those that didn't make the starting 11 I suggest you try harder in training next week.

As you can see I went for youth up-front and feel Dave and RHC offer us the most energy and pace. Jonesy will be vital as DM and Hash's experience will also prove to be invaluable in organising what some may see as a make shift defence.

Anyway good luck and remeber - If you're in the penalty area with the ball just put it in the net and we'll discuss the options later.

Regrettably not everyone made the squad, if you feel you would like to be involved PM me and I will try to adjust things for future games. Also understand that I had to pick 11 and 6 subs so if I left you out..Sorry

I was ****e on the wing but seeing as it's a virtual team I'll be awsome.

Someone (not me) should post this on a cross thread with the mancs. And whoever did that Football Manager thread a while back where they changed the names or if someone else knows how to do it, we could have a virtual match and stuff the mancs with me scoring a hatrick.

We could do it just before the game on 15th.

How do you think the boys on the bench will cope with The Hammerhead on there as well? <yikes>

The Hammerhead will only come into play if we need to come from behind.

    REPOSTED FROM ANOTHER THREAD

Corrrr! Striker hey - me Ma would be so proud!

Let's go to it, we'd be awesome. Really want to play Utd with custrad and 19 as twin CBs - it will be so much fun giving them a good bashing before putting a couple passed Swarbs in goal

Firstly - Don't question my managerial decisions, otherwise you'll be dropped like a sack of ****.

Secondly, The Man Utd board probably doesn't have 11 members <laugh>

Milk was the man for football manager, and Milk has gone AWOL, hence, not in the squad.

The Hammerhead will play a role, the boys will have to accept that. Chris and Jatt will play more of role in cup games as they've recently come in from the U18's. Perhaps I could get The Hammerhead to mentor the youngsters?

I'm a newbie to Football Manager. I'm sure we've got some hardcore users amongst us, I could even offer them a place in the starting 11. It would be funny, Berb as LB against me - I'd destroy him.

    Comas/99 as CB <yikes>

I've had a word and he'd be more than happy to do that for the little ones. I'll be a bit concerned if returnofthesweatband is in their line up. He's rather dangerous with that chainsaw....................

I'll post a thread on the mancs board later.

The easiest way to post screen pics on a site must be just to save a screen shot then post it as an image...

As you can tell I'm no expert, where are the kids when you need them!!
