Rehiring Poch would be a mistake

Sounds like Utopia to me...weak player mentality Is the issue...nothing to do with selection...if we win selection is fine if we lose selection was wrong...always the same conclusion

we had enough to beat them..enough talent and enough of the ball

3-1. Kane gets his goal against every club record. They'll probably chalk it off for something in about 10 minutes.

We didn't create anything and we lacked creative players. That's on the manager.

4 minutes of injury time. McBurnie subbed off for Kieran Freeman.

Remember the tweet I shared at kickoff from a bloke saying Steptonho had won mind games against Wilder with his lineup?

Would you be surprised to hear that the tweet's been deleted?

What kind of solution do you expect from a set of romantics?

Only we can have Kane score 4 and lose 3-1

we had enough creativity in that starting line up...it’s up to the players to get it out on the pitch

I forgot this was an early kickoff.
lost a point on the prediction, but by the look of it, it was time better spent...

We didn't. That's shown by the complete lack of chances that we created.
We were fine getting the ball up near the box, but there was nobody up there pulling the strings.

Moura, Son and Bergwijn are all dangerous on the break, but we were always going to dominate possession in this match.
One of them should've been replaced with someone who can pick out a pass in the last third or do something dangerous.
Alli was the obvious choice, though pushing Lo Celso forward and picking another midfielder would've worked, too.

I wonder how long Mourinho's ban is going to be for his post-match comments? 3 games, maybe?

We had a lot of pace, not creativity. Gio was the only one who could make something happen out of that XI.

It's been a problem for Spurs over the years though, Eriksen was the only creator for about 6 years.

Last time we had two genuine creative players in a side was under Harry when we had Modric in the 8 role and van der Vaart in the 10. There's hope that we'll be able to see a long term Gio and Tanguy link up at some point but it's not looking likely to be anytime soon.

    Utter dogshit and unacceptable.

If Mourinho's the answer, what is the question?

Unlike RCL, I am calling for the manager's head.

    He needs to go...

Very, very poor. Yes the officials. Also unforgivable from our defence and midfield for the goals too. We’ve looked solid since the restart but that was awful.

Son and Alli have done **** all since we got back to football and it’s worrying. Nothing wrong with Kane if he gets the service. The midfield is a massive issue, we need a proper DM to free up Lo Celso and remove the need for Sissoko who just showed today on a few occasions how limited he can be on the ball.

Finally, how bad are our crosses? Sheffield United just showed us our wide in the full knowledge that we’d create **** all. Fair play for them to be efficient in taking their chances but a side that can’t buy a goal for much of the season is just destined to score 3 against us.

So much bad, both from the refs and our team. What a horrid, horrid game. Under normal times, with a normal transfer window ahead, that game could spell the end of a few Spurs careers. As it is, I suspect we’ll see players given more chances.
