Who here would take Tevez on loan? Personally I would take him in a heartbeat. He would improve our squad no end and even if it means having him until Jan, that would be enough for us to go on a winning run. So if he's a trouble maker, im sure Wenger could calm him down and make him perform. With only 1 world class player in our squad (RVP), Tevez would be a welcome bonus!

He's an amazing player but Im not sure how long it will be before he'll want to move on again.

I never understand players like Tevez. He's doing many peoples dream job, getting paid millions yet is NEVER happy.

We will not pay his wages, he's a bad apple but no doubting his talent. I'd be willing to give him a chance but can't see it happening and not entirely convinced that I want him to join...Wenger would be able to handle him though as he's a great man manager but the lads head is empty, I wonder what us gong on inside that shell sometimes. He made a complete clown of himself last night.

Well its a loan move so Man City would be paying a chunk of his wages plus we won't have to pay a fee for him so we could use the money from the Cesc/Nasri sale to financing a deal for him in the short term. The gains would be well worth it as our squad lacks world class players.

A short term loan would be good for us.

He'd sell a load of shirts and Citeh would subsidise his wages so why not?

But AW probably hasn't got the balls to go for it.

HA!! Yeah it's Wenger's lack of "balls" that's the problem here. Not the upsetting of Park who'se just been brough in, or the atronomical wages he'll command even if City subsidise by 50%, or the way they wouldn't loan him out to a Top4 rival, and he wouldn't go to any other Premiership Club, or the fact he wants to leave England.

    IT'S ALL WENGER'S FAULT!!!

It would be a win win for us.

City can't sell him until January, they would want him to be playing to keep his price up. We could do with a fantastic striker.

Some are questioning Tevez' mind, I don't know why. Why say he is never happy ? He stated he wanted to leave to be closer to his daughters, what is so hard to understand about that ??? He's been left out by City deliberately and not played, they blocked attempts by teams to buy him by pricing him out of moves .. but they don't play him.

Good for Tevez I say !!

I agree with you, its not down to Wenger and Man City would be reluctant to farm him off to us. However, i don't think we are there rivals anymore as our team is at its weakest for years. We will struggle to get into the top 4, unless the new boys fire. There is too much pressure on RVP to succeed and for us to get to the top, he will have to play the majority of games for us. Drafting in another world class player like Tevez, would greatly help us achieve the champs league places but i guess its a pipe dream....

I agree. The team is not up to par with previous seasons. However, the assertion that Arsenal won't get Tevez on loan because Wenger doesn't have the "balls," really gets my goat!! And my goat does not like to be gotten.

Can't see it happening but it's not the most ridiculous suggestion ever.

Its not all about the money for some.

And dont forget for some kids in africa, eating food every day like you would be a dream, yet are you saying you dont take it for granted, fickle.

  19. Sadly some of your observations makes a lot of sense to me Mr 20K. I think it would be very shortsighted to imagine that our woes are behind us because you simply have to look at our team and realise that they aren't. Then there is the ongoing matter of continuous injuries which Arsene says is not the fault of the medics. Who or what then? The training regime perhaps? For all the above reasons, I agree that a loan deal would not be a bad for us. However it would probably be the end of the season before Arsene can make up his mind what he wants to do. And that in itself is another reason why we would struggle to get into the Top 4. I hope I'm wrong.
