Yeah that'll be the case. We'd been looking mostly at parts of Brooklyn close to the East river from around Park Slope up to Williamsburg. So quite central which could explain why I keep finding rent prices to be quite high. Sorry for keeping pumping you for info haha, but what part of the Bronx would be the best to look for if I don't want to spend a fortune but don't want to live in a total slum?

I think LTF got some good advice about the name change.

    Welcome to the nut house.

"She's a huge Newcastle fan too"......however this concerns me a little as we are without doubt the best looking fans on the planet we can therefore afford to be selective about our birds. An admission of having a 'fat lass' in tow could well lead to a slightly more vigorous approach to the administration of pain at your initiation ceremony.

That said if you're deeply in love, a cheeky tenner coming my way could change things....<ale>

Always on the make Jim. Not that a tanner is going to get you very far mind.

    <laugh>.....you old devil AB.

I had to look at the original post there and retract my admission to the authorities as a money launderer.

I think my website address gave it away.....www. jimileysbaldheadisarobbingbastardespeciallyoffhispals.com

Yeah, those areas are 'hot' right now, so trustfund hipster babies drive the price up. I live in Riverdale in the Bronx, where it isn't too bad. There's a lot of Irish up here, so the two locals have a lot of the gaelic football on. And of course, no-one can wait for the next thrilling Munster v. Lienster clash.

Though they are now starting to like real sport, and one of the locals is starting to try a footie breakfast thing. My neighbor is a Chelsea fan also, the ****ing ****.
