I'm not sure officially when the transfer window opens for Div 1 in 2020.....could it be July 26th....I'm not sure anyone really knows at the moment.

But I'm interested to see if Ryan Hardie has been pencilled in for a return full time to Argyle...still the odd murmerings that he might be....I hope so.

 

Well if I had to describe Ryan Hardie I'd mention blistering pace and ice cold finishing. I fear there will be competition.

 

I can recommend watching todays...."Plymouth Argyle Virtual Fans Forum"...63 good minutes of Argyle related talk....the clubs in good hands at the moment.

 

Looking forward to watching the Exeter game Monday.

 

What channel will you be watching that on in Canada BC?

 

I watched most of the cup game on the beeb this evening Norwich v Man U. Even with crowd sounds I just couldn't get into the spirit of it even though I don't have much affinity with prem teams at the best of times. Wembley without a crowd is going to seem worse than weird. I want Exeter to win for reasons previously stated but I don't envy the player having to try to perform it that atmosphere. I'm not sure I'd watch it even if I could.

At least you don't have to get up too early for it BC.

 

11.30am here.....No contest with Northampton winning 4-0.

 

I signed on with DAZN for a month, i get all Prem. games for free.

Glad I didn't have the means to watch that. There seems a lot of smugness on pasoti tonight. I just don't get why to be honest. If they are supposed bitter rivals then surely you want to play them for the bragging rites. Mind you we didn't get any of that this season did we. One game against and lost 4 - 0.

 

Exeter had 60% of possession....but were well beaten before the red card on 59 minutes.

 

Exeter manager Matt Taylor commented after the game last night......."I didn't like what Northampton turned us into," admitted Taylor.

"We lacked character and personality. We arrived as men and left as boys. A lot of these players wont be retained."

Can Exeter keep failing like this at the business end of the season....this is another failure....just the same as the last five years have been.

With Covid-19 ripping lower league clubs apart financially at present...will Exeter have the steel to try again next season or will they sink into oblivion.

 

Ryan Lowe gave Callum McFadzean to the end of June to make a decision on his contract.....so does no news mean he's not coming back ?

 

Ryan Lowe confirmed in the last day or so that McFadzean had a "family decision to make".

 

I think one of the questions asked was about McFadzean...and that he was giving him more time.

 

Great article about Jack Leslie on the national BBC One O'clock News a moment ago....backed by PASALB members.....£100,000 aimed for.....£27,000 already promised on the first day for a statue at Home Park....one of PASALB's Committee leaders was being spoken to on the pitch at Home Park......good article.

 

Up date.....Ryan Lowe has said that he hasn't heard from McFadzean....(today).

 

Mansfield announce that Nicky Maynard is leaving the club ?

 

When does the transfer window open? Presumably not until all the 19/20 season is complete.
