    What a weapons grade knob that bloke is. Not a fan of Louis Tomlinson then I take it!

    Thought masters handled himself pretty well there to be fair, he's still a **** though.

    Of all the lateral thinking, this one might just have something. Masters would've known who was on the committee, including Bungle from Scotland.

    Mark Douglas said there'd been a lot of feeling the announcement would be made last week, from all sides, and that the timing of Bruce demanding clarity and the subsequent commentary of not just people like Luke Edwards but heavy hitters like Henry Winter is interesting.

    Would make sense. The grilling he got about gay footballers in the premier league wound me right up. The MP is of course assuming that there is at least 1 gay footballer currently in the league which was the first thing that pissed me off about his line of questioning and trying to put words into Master's mouth. I'd find it hard to believe that there hasn't been at least 1 gay footballer in the PL since 2016 when that original statement was made.

    Anyways, time to move on and look forward to the announcement now that that has been taken care of. I bet that wasn't on Roly's list to tick off <laugh><laugh>

    It may very well be the reason. Face the Scrutiny Commitee, give them as little ammunition as possible and then conclude shortly after.

    Interesting that Masters used the word 'conclusion.'

    Indicates finality and judging by his comments on piracy, the PL are satisfied.

    The scrutiny committee has been addressed so I should imagine a decision will be made this week.
