Since the end of May its all gone to pot. Before that I think people behaviour was generally good. But yeah, we are going to have a bad second wave. Its inevitable.
Not looking great, but who ****ing knows tbh? Everyone is guessing including the WHO and most governments
Thought the second wave was coming at Easter? Then when we gathered on the beaches? Then when everyone had their VE day parties ... and so on.
I don't know. I'm not into predicting the spikes of the virus. But if its still here in the autumn, then common sense tells me that will be problematic.
One thing we can be sure of is that Blustering Boris the Bullshit Balloon will get every single call wrong. That much is a given.
The virologists will already be speculating on how it reacts along side the common cold. Can imagine the spread is going to be vastly increased.
If you've still got the clippers plugged in, we'll form a queue and you can charge a pound a pop. You'd be running the most sustainable business in the UK!
They say that it won’t be going away, anytime soon, and in this country it will be down to extremely poor guidance from the government. Even now the advice is social distance “if you can” etc, which opens the door to the selfish and the stupid to do whatever they want. I had to go to Shirley, yesterday afternoon, and in the hour or so that I was out, I could count the number of people, wearing masks, on the fingers of both hands. On the bright side, I have seen a few stories that it may be mutating and the impact being less harsh. A care home recently reported 36 staff and patients being infected, but none having serious symptoms, so fingers crossed that this is a good sign.
I love to spread joy...a swine flu capable of crossing species barrier has been found in....guess...yep, China.
