The only thing I'm clinging onto is that it's all agreed and they are just waiting until we are guaranteed safety to fully complete hand over the keys.

You know what. It’s possible/plausible that the test had failed. That the PL said for it to be successful you have to do x,y & z. If you do that in the next couple of weeks we can then pass the test!
The more piracy issues are addressed the more quiet it gets from bein as they just don’t have the legs to stand on. It leans me to think that it’s just a case of PIF meeting certain promises that the PL have asked them/SA to adhere too to then either approve the test or redo and pass. The cenzig thing Is never going away. But I also don’t think that could ever be a reason not to pass the test. However from a legal angle they need to be ready for legal challenge. But the piracy is the one. If the PL are happy that has been resolved then I can’t see a reason not to pass. So it could be another couple of weeks or even months. But you know what as long as it happens then I am fine with it. If PIF are willing to jump through hoops to buy us then they will look after us!
Perhaps there has been some type of agreement with BEin in the background. Or it could be something as simple as offering a discount to BEin and the Saudis cover the loss of income. Doubtful but who knows.
