No one could have a problem with that tbh. The reason many arrive without paperwork or ID is that they want to leave their criminal past behind. I can't travel to my home in the UK, from here, without a passport. I might just about manage it with a driving licence backed up with proof of address ... ... but it's unlikely. Yet some people just turn up and are allowed in without anything whatsoever. Perhaps I should try that and get some benefits and a council house.
