Well ..yeah, but any record of criminality in a refugee camp might be hard to trace

No one could have a problem with that tbh.

The reason many arrive without paperwork or ID is that they want to leave their criminal past behind.

I can't travel to my home in the UK, from here, without a passport. I might just about manage it with a driving licence backed up with proof of address ...

    ... but it's unlikely.

Yet some people just turn up and are allowed in without anything whatsoever.

Perhaps I should try that and get some benefits and a council house.

all the Pakistanis grooming gang scum who have been released, and only served a pittance of their sentence, are using human rights lawyers like Sherri Blair to keep adding clauses in the humanitarian laws to drag out the hearings, as soon as one is rejected they appeal on another clause.
    revoke the Humanitarian laws
stop letting the ****s use our legal aid put a limit on it.
ban the new scam that if they can't get the same health treatment back home than they can from the NHS they can stay
stop giving citizenship only give out residency cards.
to have a passport you must have the dual citizenship from your own country
passport only handed out if the country you came from has no warrants on you

I know the system is far from perfect, but we ought to be reluctant to point the finger at foreign migrants and in particular asylum seekers. Earlier in the thread someone someone conflated this incident to include boat people and people who are not here by legal means ...I will say no more

90% of all foreign migrants are economic migrants, who throw their ID in the hope that the land of milk and honey will not throw them out. there is not another country in Europe who are as soft as us on EM economic migrants in fact there are thousands of Albanian criminals hiding here, as the prisons in their own country are to hard for them , even the president's brother came here illegally for a NHS operation . Before hurrying back to a life of luxury back home when cured.

Everyone should have a right to legal recourse
Asylum seekers come from a wide variety of backgrounds they may not understand the system and principles due to language barriers and may have quite complex health care requirements
In order to obtain residency, asylum seekers go through a process evaluating their asylum claim which can take months while they subsist on food vouchers. After 5 years their case is fully reviewed and may be rejected. if approved, they can apply to be a UK citizen

As I said earlier the system is far from perfect and some 'baddies' will get through

"..... they may not understand the system and principles due to language barriers."

That's absolutely ridiculous and you can't possibly believe what you've just said ...

... definite wumming for the sake of it.

If they don't understand the systems and principles why do they travel thousands of miles hidden in the back of lorries or arriving in the dead of night in a rubber dinghy. And why do they pay traffickers to smuggle them in.

If what you say is true why don't they just send a letter asking about the systems, principles, etc and ask if they can come.

If the answer is no that would save them all that time, money and effort. They know the system perfectly well, the reason they attempt to bypass it.

Honestly you've grasped at some flimsy straws but this is the dust at the bottom of the haystack.

its about time the government applied the same objectivity, how about compulsory lie detector tests, and dna samples to identify what area they are from and age, that would soon find the liers out

because they are not Asylum Seekers!

I believe they apply for a Spousal Visa or a Tier 2 Visa if you are working in skills shortage area. It is the same for all nations

No, if you are British born or one of your parents is British you have the right to apply for a British passport. Sorry, I'm not wumming, just trying to address the issue while remaining objective and not being personal or rude
The voice of xenophobia is self-evident in this thread

cut that **** out please :)

Is that your image of an Asylum Seeker?

or -as in the case of the Boston Marathon incident, black and Muslim, is that your image of someone deranged?
