There is no Institutional racism in Britain and we don't have systemically racist policemen.
The head of counter terrorism is an Asian POC that already admitted that if he wasn't a policeman he would be joining the BLM riots .
Even though 99% of our terrorist attacks are carried out by poc Muslims he is focusing on the far right threat.

The Met police chief is token appointment lesbian that is more concerned with mean words on the Internet than violent black murderers.

Dressing up the squad cars with rainbows and kneeling down in submission for that 1 bame guy they shot last year , the terrorist murderer with the fake bomb vest.
A black Muslim tried to hack off a policeman's head with a machete last year and even he was detained without injury .

Add to that the terrorist sympathiser Mayor that spends more time complaining about systemic racism from the top down despite being in control of many aspects of the system he's complaining about.

Lesbians brown people and Muslims in the highest positions and still they complain about discrimination .

The only time the met used riot police was to smash **** out of white people protecing monuments.
All the other incidents with BLM and the far left they just ran away.

22 police attacked by "revellers " in Brixton and chased off by peaceful youths throwing bottles and bricks at them .
They were given orders not to engage or make arrests for fear of being branded racist and making the black Community more angry and violent.

I saw a hilarious story about an Indian applying to get into medical school, as Asians Indians and white people are over represented in American Universities they need to have much higher grades to be accepted.

Vijay changed his name to Tyrone Johnson the 3rd shaved his head and re applied as a black man .

All of a sudden his grades were good enough and colleges were bending over backwards to let him in .

Affirmative action is racist .

There was an Asian/Indian chap who kept getting turned down for job interviews (if memory serves he was a Doctor too) but he got fed up with the knockbacks and re-applied as John Smith or summat and got through to interview stages. He successfully sued the company for race discrimination.

Problem was he got a taste for the compo and started to do it on a wholesale scale sending in double applications and starting legal action every time Mr Smith got the nod but Mr Singh didn't. Most of the time the firms settled out of court to avoid negative publicity. This went on for ages until someone spotted the pattern and told the Police. He was then ordered by the courts to cease as he had gone beyond rightful indignation and was making a career out of vexatious complaints.

You want to sympathise on one hand for the chap not getting a fair crack of the whip but at the same time he's a greedy c.unt. Such is life.

 

I like this guy. **** the companies for being racist ****s. If someone is right for the job they are right for the job irrespective of colour, race, nationality, religious preference, sexual orientation, mobility (unless unhindered mobility is essential), anything really.

 

That is a messed up situation but it's not systemic discrimination, when Universities and police forces actively lower the bar for black people whilst discriminating against other people they are given an unfair advantage based purely on their skin colour.

I think Elizabeth Warren even got a free scholarship by pretending to be Native Indian .

Oxford and Cambridge would be 100% Asian if the applicants were judged purely on merit which wouldn't benefit our country and academia as most would go back taking their skills with them.
If gifted poor British children work hard and get the grades to get into the best colleges then a helping hand should be given , but choosing people based purely on skin colour is is a massive step backwards.
