It feels to me like the PL are deliberately trying to obfuscate this deal. No decision seems like their preference rather than affirmative action. The fact EVERYBODY appears to have had enough is frankly astonishing - that the PL don't even offer apology for the delay, citing complexities or investigations, is disgusting. They should be independently investigated, by the Gov/FA.
Definitely. Somebody is scared of something. It's suspicious as **** though. Look forward to finally being out of the woods and into some sunlight - if they fail it and there's a legal challenge, it could well destroy the PL completely. If there's proof of corruption from either member clubs influencing their test, or worse still the likes of Bein having a say, it'll be an absolute ****-storm. We might be looking to the FA for a top flight from 2021.
So..... fairly clear that the PL have requested SA to take certain action upon piracy. Yet for some reason most people seem to think that the moment SA puts this in to place that the deal should be signed off. Why? They only acted on Sunday - a non UK working day of the week and so to date we have only had 2 working days. People just need to give their brains a rest.
Looks to me like the PL are doing everything that they can to help the deal pass. If you think about it logically, if they wanted to, they could have refused this months ago on piracy grounds if they had even a scrap of evidence, which it looks like there was as the Saudi’s are now jumping through hoops for the PL. They’re clearly trying to make peace with all stakeholders before saying its good to go.
the point is there's no evidence of piracy on PIF... masters is just making sure he's defence is on place for the incoming attack from the nation's hypocrite when it's passed . or he's hoping it just goes away
He's completely ****ing compromised. No way it's taking this long because he's acting with integrity. PL, like UEFA/FIFA, are self-regulating. All those brown bags being held by skeletons in closets are at risk of exposure.
Well our brown bags are the biggest and most plentiful so I'm back in the its happening camp. Plus our owners will turn him into a skeleton if he doesn't play nice.
