“Always someone else,” eh? Cannot accept any responsibility. It’s the immigrants fault eh? They’re the reason your life’s not what you want? Pathetic!
jonny didn’t say that... it’s broadly true though. The Spaniards did something pretty similar in Cuba, earlier but in terms of herding whole regions of women and children out of the homes into terrible disease ridden camps where thousands upon thousands of them died. That was us I’m afraid.
Both Germany and the USA are experiencing fresh outbreaks of C-19 since their relaxing of distancing rules, now the UK are thinking of doing the same. Does no-one learn from others' mistakes? Here in Queensland our State Premier is steadfastly refusing to open up our borders with other states and is being roundly castigated at her approach. Both New South Wales and Victoria have relaxed their rules and are both experiencing outbreaks of the disease but are complaining to the federal Government that their people can't come into Queensland. Why? Do they want to spread the load, as it were? I am not particularly supportive of our Premier, but I do believe that she is doing the right thing in trying to keep C-19 at arms length. Queenslanders can move about freely within our own state (I could visit Eric if I wanted too, but I don't) but not move outside our borders.
No you bloody can't!! and it's to not too, but apart from that. To be honest I would have no problem opening the borders to the rest of Australia and even NZ apart from Victoria and NSW.
Yes I've seen on the news Victoria are panic buying toilet roll again. Lol Germany have had one factory with 1300 cases, it's just a flare up and not a national spread, and the USA, thick ****s, never got it under control at any stage, they think they can shoot it.
Yes, Victoria have got it really bad 20 new cases today and only 9 of these were in hotel quarantine so 11 cases of community transmission. There is talk about putting local areas into lockdown and so there is a fear that panic buying will happen again. The major supermarkets have therefore restricted purchases of selected items, just in case. We also had another coronavirus death today, the first in just over a month.
Unless there's a vaccine comes out, it's not going to go away, talks of flights starting again, including Australia, China, and New Zealand with European countries, Europe's not trying to get rid of the virus, just contain to low numbers,so don't know how you will get on when flight's return.
Talk as much as you want you aren't coming here without 14 days quarantine, which we are going to make people pay for, but flights can start again on that proviso
We have that here and it’s a great success. You can either fly into Ireland via Dublin and quarantine for 14 days or fly into Belfast and travel south with no quarantine. That’s the way to keep the virus at bay
Yes but the virus can't cross the border without a passport can it ? Mad Irish airline are bringing the second wave to all soon, anyway.
Not necessarily. I have friends heading over at Xmas for a family get together. Reckon they’ll have no prob
. Wonder how long it will take Donald Trump to start to pressure the world to allow them to fly loads of infected yanks in.
