I had a Raleigh Boxer, which was the one below the Striker. When I got a bit older I really wanted a Raleigh Bomber or a Grifter though, never got one. Also used to really want a Mr Frosty for some reason.
Subbutteo.. and I had a Chopper which was like yer primary school mod bike, plus I had the flags.. AND got stopped by the local fuzz for carrying a passenger.. these babies appeared in the Who's lyrics.. "I ride my Raleigh Chopper with my hair cut neat, I wear my wartime coat in the wind and sleet.."
Commodore 64 with the tape player lol it used to take agessss to load but i thought it was awesome. Rainbow Islands was the best!!!
Nintendo 64 with the Mario Kart package. Now that's some epic stuff The Nintento console looks weirder every time I look at it.... please log in to view this image Games like... Banjo Kazooie Zelda-Ocarina of time Mario Kart Bomberman Turok (Even though it scared the living **** outa me) Duke Nukem (Remember watching my dad play it. I had to stand in the hall way, looking at the hall mirrow which reflected into the tele since I wasn't allowed to play it Oh, good times, good times
What did you expect mate ? The chopper had that white band across the rear of the seat that clearly stated that the cycle was not designed to carry passengers . Lucky you didn't get a ticket IMO !!!!
You never had a go on Goldeneye mate? Me and my bro had that and the people we speak to always say thats the best N64 game
Preferred the SNES and Sega Mega Drive. Even though i didn't own any of them though. PS1 was class and all.
I had all those Golaccio, loved Mega Drive, think that was a golden age of games going down video shop on Model Farm Bev and hiring them out!
Sonic and Sonic & Knuckles, Doom, Resident Evil, Medal of Honour, original FIFAs, Command & Conquer were all class games.
A full Cowgirl outfit sent by my aunt from the US in 1947.Included black Stetson, boots with spurs, Gene Autry shirt with 2 cap firing pistols. No trouble getting into a 'gang' in those days as all the boys fought over who borrowed my guns! Certainly I created a stir in Millom whenever I walked the street. All that was missing was a horse.
I got a Thunderbirds Tracy Island model with all the vehicles when I was 5. The swimming pool moved back and the trees parted to let Thunderbird 2 launch So awesome. Also got a Playmobil Pirate Ship, was quality. I got an N64, was a huge step up from a Mega Drive, I was hooked. Goldeneye was good, but once Perfect Dark came out, that was it. It was, unfortunatley, almost superior in every way to GE.
