I cried out of not winning it, not that we were bad! I was absolutely twatted that night, I remember during the game Drogba went down outside the area, all the Mancs boo'd as loud as they could, he got back on his feet and pounded a shot at the woodwork. Don't know why but that moment sticks out like a sore thumb .
Drogs/Ginge. Very little is ever said about Drogs getting his marching orders a few minutes before the end of extra time. If he hadn't had been a silly boy JT would never have had to step up to the plate!! BOO HOO!!!
I was there... all the chelsea fans wround me were in complete shock when united won it.... I then got delayed 4 hours in moscow airport as the cabin crew had got pissed while going to the match after they were given tickets... That really rubbed it in
I was 20 at the time, still at college so couldn't afford to go . I would've hated that delay though, sure I would've killed somebody
