Ah See what you mean I can’t see them going whatever happens tbh. They’ll stick it out and just gradually fit the budget to the league position which will inevitably cause a slow decline. It will be painful to watch
They won't go, they are enjoying it too much, I posted way back in time, that they would only depart when there was nothing left to destroy, and with this manager and squad plus the owners wouldn't be surprise if we don't slip right down into league 2 stopping off in league one for the one season, then they may "sod off" it so sad when you think of what might have been.
It is incredibly sad. I doubt they are enjoying it. I also doubt that they are deliberately destroying the club. I agree we are in danger of slipping down the leagues, right through to league 2 (and maybe even worse). I just don't see any way out of it given their stance of wanting their (alleged debt) money back. The only thing that might slow down the ongoing death is if there are 3 or 4 clubs in a worse state than us each season; that is now likely post-covid. Thoroughly depressing. Edit: Just seen the Athletic article and now the HDM banning. **** hitting fan (see what I did there?). Wonder, could this be the start of the end for the Allams .... clutching at straws
Just out of interest ... does anyone know how many people watched City's game via Tiger TV? Currently, the poor souls in the marketing team are letting fans know via Twitter that the game against Brum is available, and the response is a resounding 100% no, although not quite as polite. Only 59 responses mind.
Yep, some thicket on RH said after the game on Saturday that ‘the Allam’s wanted to leave us where they found us, in League 1’, I’m pretty sure we were in the lower reaches of the Championship.
That's something like I have said on a few occasions, leaving us where they found us, I am thinking more of in the **** rather than the league position.
