Amongst all the ****e on display this afternoon I thought Scott looked like he had something about him and Samuelson should be given a bit more game time to see what he's really about.
That was awful, we never looked like scoring, and they looked dangerous every time they got forward. Bowyer did a number on McCann, and McCann doesn't seem to have the nouse to combat it. At this rate I just don't see another win coming, the players should be good enough to stay up, but the manager just doesn't seem to have the wherewithal to get the best out of them. It is fair to say that no supporters being there does make it a more level playfield so to speak, as there was only one home win in the whole championship yesterday. Where do we go from here? Division 1 looks like the answer.
Agree with the everything bar the supporters. Doesn’t make a different when we only get 7-8k anyway. League 1 beckons and then League 2 and maybe lower than that with boy idiot in charge.
A good starting point for McCann would be to ditch his utterly useless formation. Play two centre forwards, so at least if one of them receives the ball in the final third then there’s support near by and we may even go on to have a shot at goal. We had 3 shots on target at home in 95 minutes of play that is an absolute shambles.
next time go to the top right hand side of your screen right at the end you'll find three dots click on them, a small screen comes down, on the dropdown screen there's a screen percentage size next to zoom ,keep clicking on the plus marker till the screen on tiger tv is to the size you want it.
Bit hard to understand Terrys team and tactics. I think he is limited at times. Was Stuart injured ? He was the best midfielder by a country mile earlier. Surely if fully fit he is in the team. Burke the same, miles better than Mac and always did well with Jordy. Would prefer to see us try and control the midfield by winning the ball and keeping it a bit. The players we have seem to lack a basic aggression and bite. This despite Terrys famous insistence on being a battling side. I don’t see it. He should have gone before the break and someone else given a chance. Any other manager in the league would not have survived this run of results. This was a one man team before January and I know Bowen was quality but you can’t serve up this **** week after week and survive. Even if there was five games to go I would still change Terry. He hasn’t got what it takes to get a tune of of these lads. There is better out there even short term.
At least with a new manager you might get a bit of new manager bounce that sometimes happens and squeeze out a couple of wins. McCann looks lost and his unwillingness to see what everyone else can see is crazy. The players on the pitch aren’t the greatest, I still think another manager could get more out of them.
I think he is lost. Just listen to him post match. The guy is shot and has been for some time. It is a step too far for him
I’ve just listened to another of his interviews “on another day we would have won” What’s he basing this on, I saw nothing in this game that I thought we where unlucky or on another day we would have won. Had we hit the bar or post or had several cleared off the line then maybe. We created very little going forward, on another day had the other team not turned up we might have won
