In these strange times the remembrances tomorrow for the late former Cardiff and Leeds players will be genuinely salutary

After tomorrow lets hope you are in 12th position, which looks pretty much mid-table to me :emoticon-0148-yes:

It is but very near the top of the bottom half of the table where they expected to be

But lets be fair everybody, except Bardiff fans, were hoping they would do a lot worse.

Brentford v West Brom next week and us entertaining Fulham. Huge 7 days ahead but I guess that will be the case each and every week.

Morning Eire feeling great about last nights results, takes the pressure off us, it would be great to end the day three points ahead of WBA though

If we avoid defeat from the next two matches we are almost there! Two wins and its job done.

Agreed. Would have felt very different had Fulham and wba had convincing wins. Only saw second half of wba and they were more or less hopeless

Isn't it strange. As seen earlier this week in the Prem, home sides are not doing well in this restart.

Of the eleven Championship games yeasterday, only Blackburn got a home win - all the others were away wins or draws.

Ah well, time to buck the trend. <ok>

Totally, I was concerned as to what sort of form they’d both be in. WBA looked rusty, it might take them another week to hit top gear but they do have quality throughout. Fulham are a one man team, I’m glad we haven’t got to play Brentford.

I was a bit surprised at how unprepared WBA looked, I’d better not knock them until I see what shape we come out looking like.

Yeah, same thing happened in Germany. It seems to take away home advantage and make it a 'neutral' game.

The other thing that might come in to play is the injuries. There has been a general increase on the re-start. Those with bigger squads might fare better long term.

Cardiff still 4-1 at the bookies :emoticon-0104-surpr. Seems generous.

@2 pennth started posting again the other day, good to see him back. I think he took a break, strong opinions and all a bit heated I guess on the coronavirus thread when it first started, I think I offended him unintentionally too. Nobody has heard from Forza, OLOF has spoken with Shako, he has some personal family problems.

So the score line? I fancy Bamford getting off to a flier, no pressure from the fans, I’ll stick my neck out and go Cardiff 0 Leeds 2 Bamford both of them
