used to love running. Knee injury and removal of Cyst on cartilage in right have put an end to it. That’s a good ford run for someone who is walking
Only started properly during lockdown, before that I'd only ran sporadically at the gym. Still can't say I love it at all but I do kind of look forward to it now and often 'fancy a run'. On a 10k training plan, for a race that is very unlikely to happen In September, and I think week after next I'm supposed to run the target distance. Not ambition to go any further but will keep up a four miler three times a week, hopefully. Should bump the thread of fitness!
Got to separate my own off from this,then add some fresh chillies, hot paprika and some chilli powder. At the minute it's at kids and Mrs stage. Only spices are cumin, ground coriander and smoked paprika.
I'm the same, will add more heat later. Mine has smoked paprika, cumin (essential), dried chili's, dried thyme.
Indeed, I cook it down like that and then add a small amount of stock at the end to loosen it a bit and add flavour.
There's passata in there already, cooked it for about 3 hours then added the beans, when I'm ready now I'll add the stock and heat up.
