The phrase 'systemic racism' reminds me of Feng Shui ...

... sounds impressive, makes the believer feel superior but is impossible to prove or disprove.

In part because my understanding is, its a more complex question than can be taken at face value and if people really want an answer the world of Google is at hand. however the main reason is because its a closed question and there are possibly better ones to ask
