I try it. Though my inexperience of making proper curry, I believe you cook the meat separately. Make the sauce then add the meat..

 

Not in every curry no.

First up of these is Fresh, top left corner.

A citrusy ale, 5.5%. Perfect post run 'refreshment'.

 

Not sure there's enough alcohol in that fridge mate.

 

I'm on the Sierra Nevada IPA as usual.

 

A man must have a well stocked and varied beer fridge.

Couple of bottles of white for the Mrs of course.
