I says to the young un, some bugger on Twitter reckons the deal will be done Wednesday next week. Seriously, he says, smile on his face, cans in hand. I shows him the post, and he says isn't that your mate and then falls about laughing. Cans put away again....
You seem to love the mackems as much as me sweet cheeks.... 3 way round the back of hastings hill pub?
Soz mate... I heard it offof a taxi driver who dropped a guy off who is neighbours with a guy who's great aunt saw Ollie Bernard buying cans at Tesco in Kingston Park...and a DVD of the Addams Family with Wednesday on the front cover so if he's buying cans.. and that DVD... it's happening and on Wednesday.
The PL have to make a call soon because even though it’s most unfair on the fans. It’s also the case that the club cannot start planning for next season. Players will he out of contract who might have be signed up if the takeover had been resolved. New players might end up being missed out on. It’s not fair on the staff. They don’t know if they are going to be in their jobs. That’s just plain wrong.
The PL are not to blame. Bosman is to blame on player contracts. The PL money grab is to blame for some players that will be out of contract refusing to complete the season, risking injury over a profitable move for them under above rule. with the financial muscle of the SA backers, was this not fully researched and prepared before going into it.
