In a local facebook group a woman complained that a man of "Eastern European appearance" masturbated near her.

This was the response from an admin:

Nobody had said they must be a certain ethnicity. Nobody was "damning a nation"! What nation? I assume that they wouldn't allow people to say whether a suspect was black or white given this logic. If they were described as ginger haired or wore glasses would this "damn" a whole group of people?

It does seem that some people have lost their minds.
