That's why i maintained from the beginning, that having already weighed up the person they were called out to, they should have just allowed him to escape, not shoot him to stop him.
I'm sorry but yank cops regularly shoot people running away going by the number of vids of them doing so . I have a theory it is because they are so fat and lazy they shoot them as it is too much effort to try this running lark PS i'm surprised at the number of people who are surprised he got shot considering the response of their cops to any perceived threat to them .
Well it was clear the cops were unfit, by the way of ease a supposed intoxicated man got away from them. I'd be as blunt to say, did they let him escape, so they could shoot him! It appears the officers are also being accused of commiting further offences AFTER the shooting.
i'm serious when i say doubt anyone would have batted an eyelid six months ago on seeing this video as the moment you pull any weapon on them you are likely to face deadly force .
I take your point, but like me, I can only comment on what I see. It's right this has come to the forefront of the news.
well he did and a car in the queue the restaurant and the piece de resistance a pigeon flying south west at 62 feet
it's what they do over there on iplayer there is a documentary from aa few years ago .which they have stuck back on there, and it has similar stuff on there iirc .
Well hopefully with coppers going to prison for the murder of Floyd and now hopefully for Brooks, it might make future cops think before squeezing that trigger. Start sticking them in jail will soon send out a message. It's 40 years for Floyd. I'm sure this prosecutor said something about the death sentence in that state of Brooks for murder. I can't see that in the latter, but a long time in jail would be suffice.
I'd imagine the death penalty would be extremely unlikely. Only needs one juror against if I believe.
Yeah agree. I can't see the death penalty, and I don't approve of it either, although some people do try my conviction of that thought, with some of the terrible crimes we hear about.
they have to get a guilty verdict first and that , at times , has proved a serious stumbling block in certain states .
death penalty is always a bad choice imo. I'm against it morally and for the fact that it carries terrible consequences for any miscarriage of justice
