Tonight Sucky is doing the classic british meal of raw chicken with crab

Been looking for a good chicken ceviche recipe, this isn’t the one.

 

Im with you on that. Not a big fan of crab. Just stuff the chicken with that blue cheese and wrap in Parma ham. Loads of fresh black pepper too.

that the chicken and crab stuff, looks like you melted a tub of potted crab and drizzled in rice. Hope it tastes better than it looks.

Made my own stick from the left over carcass of Sunday’s roast.

 

Id eat the sweetcorn

 

Was actually quite nice. Haven’t made one for about 12 years.
