China are quite good at gymnastics after they’ve stretched and beat the kids for a few years to get them really good.

 

I'm sure there was a programme, maybe a documentary about this many years ago, regarding Asian kids in football. Although can't remember what the title of the programme was called. I thought the problem was the parents, preventing the Asian kids, mainly due to racism in the game.

 

Good point that, can’t say I’d ever thought about it before, or checked out the facts , but yeah, just based on the numbers you’d expect plenty of Asian lads to be breaking through at lower league clubs in that catchment area and that doesn’t appear to be the case from what I’ve seen at least.

 

Seems more like a hobby than a sport tbf. Jumping. Basically they’re good at PE.

Yeah they’re good at that, fair point. Lazy sport that requires a basic level of fitness.

 

I always said back when I was growing up that the Asians can add the Brazilian touch to the English game but we haven’t come through for some reason.

I’m not having it that we are not interested or that we don't play in local Leagues...very passionate about the game

One of my best mates growing up was Chinese and was like a walking stereotype. Parents had a takeaway, he had the obligatory Lego head, glasses like proper sauce bottles, but **** could that lad play table tennis. He was the absolute nuts at it.

 

That was the first generation thinking...my dad didn’t encourage me but that didn’t matter. I played like every other kid and through schools, college...Sunday league teams. Will say I didnt play from the ages of 10 or anything. However that changed early 90’s...plenty young Asian kids playing and whole leagues dedicated to Asians in some Yorkshire regions.

We been here over half a century now...it should be normal practice like it is for the much deprived blacks

 

I feel like they’re good at doing things fast. Not running, but definitely stuff like chopping, and slapping. Have you seen how fast them sumo wrestlers slap? Reminds me of my Mrs when I try to grab her pussy.
