Apparently the ref got the goal notification during half time. If that's true, WHAT A ****ING OMNISHAMBLES.
So Mings now has a NHS badge on in the 2nd half, refs watch notified a goal during half time, what the **** is going on?
Should have been logged as an own goal, attributed to the Villa player who knocked his own keeper (+ " whole ball") over the line.
yes everybody was blaming the goalkeeper granted he didnt handle it cleanly but he'd stopped the ball going in until the defender knocked him into the goal
Watch Sheff Utd finish a point outside of the top 4 now. I'd be really pushing the PL if I were them after that shocker.
What a terrible game. What I never understand is added on time. In the last 10 minutes alone there were players down for 5 minutes. Yet the added time was only 4 minutes. Why is it never enforced properly?
Not very good that, not sure it would have been much different pre-covid either. Next game should be a better yardstick.
Apparently the people who run the goal line tech have said that none of the seven goal line cameras were able to see the ball fully over the line, hence why no goal was given. please log in to view this image I guess this tv camera didn't count, then.
