Top class riding that was. Horse is pretty useful, but he was given a beautiful ride.

3 on the day for me, 12/1, 6/1 and 9/2, all my main bets on for the rest of the meeting and good profit already secured, can enjoy the last few days now no pressure, cant ask for more than that.

Julie Johnson just won from the The Lir Jet maiden, Qatar paid a few quid for it, shades of The Wow Signal a few years ago bought by Shiekh Fahads cousin before winning the Coventry.

I suspect Eye Of Heaven is now a false price at 6/4 for the race because Tactical won, but Tactical was very green on debut and was hampered, I wouldnt take that form literally and 6/4 is a suicidal price.

The Lir Jet worth backing at 6/1.

Low draw a concern but all the main players are drawn low and knowing the Ascot clerk they will likely have watered the bias to the point where the other side is favoured before the end of the week

    Cheers Nass for TACTICAL

THE GAME OF LIFE has been punted all day to win the 7:20 Chelmsford. A winner over a mile at Dundalk for Joseph O'Brien but has shown precious little for current connections. Has now slipped to a ridiculously low mark and I like the fact that Josephine Gordon takes the ride. She really seems to have a habit of getting a tune out of sour horses. Having dropped 21 lbs this one sure comes into that bracket. Dropped in trip from recent efforts and I would prefer 8f to tonights 7f but you cant have it all.

I haven’t been putting them up as the forum seemed to be jinxing me. As you know I have been doing pretty well lately. Decided late that the jinx wouldn’t stop this one.
I really like Josie Gordon for the reason I gave earlier.
