Of course ben Bradley piped up about school vouchers

After all, it's his job to demonise the lower orders

And make **** up on Twitter

Oh, and he's currently dogwhistling about BAME students at Oxford

Seriously, Mansfield, what the **** is wrong with you that you keep electing this turd?

On the subject of things that look like a piece of satire but are sadly real...

"when the facts change, I change my mind".
Yeah, that's great. What facts changed? Kids suddenly did need to eat, perhaps?

And I'm not sure many Tories quote Keynes these days. At least when Kinnock did it, he quoted his source.

So is Kuenssberg really saying that a dithering, bending with the wind Govt is a good thing - is that the point of the full article?

The article actually says the opposite: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-53069650
Change your mind too often and it looks like you've got no idea what you're doing and you're just trying to be popular at any cost.
Which is, of course, the absolute truth of it.

Absolutely. In that case I don't understand why HBIC thinks it looks like satire?

The start of the article does sound like satire. Most of it sounds like she's justifying Bodger changing his mind.
Maybe she's hoping that most people won't read all of it? If he's lost the Kuntburger, then he is in trouble.

Only one thing for it: piss away £900k of taxpayer's money on making a plane look like Austin Powers' car

Why does it cost £900k to paint a plane, anyway? Seems excessive.
