I do wonder if it's failed hence this Mauriss bid .. I understand people want to dismiss the obvious but It could be that surely?
From what I understand, the club cannot accept another bid unless the Saudi's bid has failed. I'm no legal expert, just going off what I've read so not sure if that's true or not. It's not an auction, although it would probably have all been done quicker if the fat ****er had just chucked us on ebay like !!

I mean it is possible what I'm suggesting might be the case . there seems some belief from people that if it fails/failed it would be made public.. that isn't the case. The buyers and sellers would be advised .. then they would say nothing they don't have to
If this Henry thing is true then we are 100% not having Ashley at the end of this are we. I don't know anything about Henry Mauriss, but I don't really know much about the Saudi Arabian geo-political agenda either so, **** it I don't care.
1. failed 2. say nothing 3. mauriss bid 4. announce mauriss takeover that's all that would happen.. the other failed takeover would be left to speculation and that suits all parties more than a finger pointing excersize and disclosure won't effect any legal claims or stop then being made either.

We don't know his net worth, but net worth means nothing in comparison to your physical cash. He's just bid £350M, so I would wager he's wealthier than Ashley and GACP who were interested in the club.
