It's peeing it down in Wells right now with thunder and lightning expected this afternoon, i hate lightning after my flat in Burnham got hit by it about 25 years ago but i was lucky it hit the flat opposite mine first then bounced off the road onto mine, there was a massive bang but the only damage was my landline phone was burnt out but boy did i jump out of my chair!!
Lucky you. The sun is breaking through now and it has now stopped raining. Thanks Rocky. How did you do that?
Had a good start to the week ,I was really getting worried about my eldest daughter who just before the covid lockdown managed to catch pneumonia and was grounded like me ,last week she had a sore throat headache and very high temperature so we arranged for her to be tested for the virus ,result came back negative, phew what a result .then monday my other daughter brought her cockapoo round for us to look after while she went to work,no problem I thought ,WRONG the little sod had bad diarrhoea and my 2 dogs caught whatever bug he had. The 2 cockapoos I didnt mind but the rottweiler well that's another problem he pebble dashed the back garden ffs. ALL DAY CLEANING UP **** used 6 litres of bleach and copious ammounts of water from the hosepipe. Thankfully all are better today .keep safe everyone
There was panic at last year’s Paranoid Schizophrenia Association annual pantomime, when someone from the audience shouted “he’s behind you”.
Do you keep the two Cockapoos as back up diner for the Rottweiler? There being a Park right outside my house there are inevitably loads of dog walkers every day. What ever happened to a dog being called Rover or something similar? I've heard shouts for Hugo, Roger and even one Camilla. You would expect the owner to arrive in a BMW at least dressed in a tweed suit but nothing could be further from the truth. Most of them look like they've just come from a National Front march. Was listening to the News on the Beeb this evening and the Caster said "Now the news that all football fans have been waiting for. The Premier League starts again tonight". Erm, is it just me or are there others out there who don't really give a flying feck about the Premier League? I want to know when proper football starts again.
I only have 1 cockapoo the other one is my daughter's dog ,we just look after it when she is at work. We lost our bull mastiff/rottweiler last year with cancer and wanted another dog but as I'm nearly 60 and suffering with arthritis we thought its be easier to get a dog that's not so powerful. On the football I agree the bbc only seem to think about the premier league and sod the rest, disgraceful if you ask me because a lot of the players started off in the lower leagues in the first place
