The Saudi state are guilty of not setting up a level playing field, by neither criminally prosecuting BEoutQ or allowing Qatar to sue them. This is in contravention to WTO rules. This does not establish any connection between PIF and actively encouraging piracy, so PIF could sue the **** out of the PL if they failed the takeover outright. However we may see a round of negotiation where Saudi make some changes without admitting liability in order to save face.
So basically taking themselves out of the equation..Great. Should make life easier for the PL, and the Saudis for that matter. Maybe bein are gonna start pirating and play a bit of tit for tat!
