    The strength of the French case rested on how it was an arbitrary decision.

    The SPFL decision was democratic and reasonable.

    The French have only been ordered to look at a solution to relegation.

    The SPFL already have but its members rejected it.

    The French league is a totally different scenario. It is overseen by the French government and if they decree it finished then it's finished. Even still the French courts deemed relegation unlawful.

    They've only suspended relegation. The French League must look for a soloution.

    By comparison we've already done all of that and voted on it.

    Anyway I'm sure you were the one to bring up the French league in relation to the SPFL decision.

    Now you're back tracking, it appears your argument was weak.
