I used to think Sucky was a cool dude, how wrong was I. Never ever in my life seen a cop rip someone for doing a runner. Cops rule by consent, you just pick the guy up later once he's calmed down. The important factor here is he ran away from his car, hence he was not a threat to anyone, even with the taser - he would have dumped or hidden it. Bad boys know the rules of the jungle, and cops need to learn them to, you don't shoot a guy dead, just because you can.
