Apparently Jeremy Clarkson was asked to return to Top Gear by the BBC but he told them to shove it.

It's just you that just sends weekly nudes. The Mods need a good laugh to help them run this forum or it would've closed by now so thank you for your sacrifice <laugh>

I hate it when my wife says “Are you listening to me?!”

It is such a random way to start a conversation.

I went to a fancy dress party.
The host asked me what I had come as.
I said “I have come as a harp”.
The host said “Your costume is too small to be a harp”.
I replied “Are you calling me a lyre?”

I went to a fancy dress party dressed as a chicken. I met a girl dressed as an egg. An age old question was answered. It was the chicken

AberdeenSaint Jnr has just bought his house in Southampton. I can see the Echo headlines soon - `Soton house prices plummet as Jocks move in`.

A lorry carrying hair has turned over on the M6. Police are presently combing the area.

Well I manage to survive my daughter’s 18th Birthday lockdown party...

friends visiting under social distancing conditions, with garden furniture laid out in the car port 2m apart. Max 5 people in total (the car port has a roof that extends out over the drive), with Mum and Dad banished to the back garden until we received a text message requesting drinks or food! Bless her, she made the best of a difficult time to celebrating her coming of age. It just started about 10am and finished at 00:45. :(

Luckily the forecast was wrong and we got just the one shower, albeit a heavy one.

Well done, FLT! Glad to see some people being sensible. Just read a post by someone who said his grandson went to a 19th birthday party a couple of weeks ago, no social distancing, lots of fun and whatever ...... half of the 30 who were there have now coronavirus. It’s not going away, no matter what people like Cummings and Spaffer say .....

On the ferry to IOW. Ferry is so sparsely populated a face mask seems pointless but rules are rules.

Keep wearing it, Tom. Even though our useless government were only a few months behind the rest of the world, it does reduce the chance. I’m the only one wearing one in Sainsbury’s it would appear .... apart from the staff of course. But then this is Thornhill, so I guess so many here are immune .... :emoticon-0102-bigsm

    jeez.

it was a long day, but we had to do it that way and not worth the risk. A timetable of visitors. Luckily we have a downstairs loo just through one door from the car port, so it worked well.

oh and the bunny who usually lives in the utility room has to be re-housed to the kitchen... see corona picture thread for that one
