I don't mind cornbeef hash as a quick fix food. Been eating a fair bit of carrot and potato mash last few days, only because I've been quite poorly and it goes down a treat.

Yeah, I like mash with parsnips but can’t get them here anyway. Even tried growing the fookers but no go.

Why can't you grow parsnips, I'd assume you can't grow carrots either then.

Maybe get a large tub, like a barrel, fill it with some decent soil, and if it's the heat, keep it in a partially shaded section. Although remember they take a long time to grow.

I’m 14st 1lbs bro, probably look my best at 13st. I’ll get to 13/4 and bang the training then. That’ll drop another half stone in no time and I’ll look to maintain from there.

Here we have: cheese(red lesta) on toast with mayo and jalapeños. Topped off with four delightfully poached eggs, beans and hot sauce. Yum.

I dont like beans on the toast as such, I like to have them in a separate section on the plate.

Whats put me off is once you start cutting that up its gonna look like puke in seconds. It's too runny for a breakfast for me.

    Thanks for your time.

It's just lots of nice **** on a plate. What's wrong with egg and beans? If you like eggs and you like beans why not eat them together?

One man's egg and beans is another man's puke I guess.

Runny egg barely works with anything, yolk has to be that soft orangey ****er that doesn’t run
