I've watched a vid on YouTube where they put boiling water on it and use a plunger to pull it out. I'd probably make it worse if I tried to sort it

you can try that, but you might be able to remove the inner panels on your boot and just push it out by hand.. then just refit panels..

or even take out light and see if you can get your hand behind it from there ...

Exactly my point to my wife when she complains about how much salt I put on my food. No point eating bland food if I die by being knocked down by a bus before I get to 35 yo. :bandit:

the thing is you're much more likley to die a slow agonising death through old age and bad health choices than getting off lightly and being ran over by a bus

Is there a chance the paint might come off when I push it out though? That's when things get expensive

TBF a mate of mine at work had his number plate cloned and put on another car the same as his. They then proceeded to do as much criminal sh*t as you can think of all over London. Literally did not give a hoot about any rules either so was getting parking fines, congestion charges, fines for driving the wrong way up the one way system all from CCTV footage. Went on for ages.

Thing is the police couldn't really do anything without catching them red handed and all the fines and things were just getting automatically triggered so individual local authorities were chasing him for payment of fines and he was getting points on his license, court summons etc but no one was really listening to him.

We were wetting ourselves at work laughing about it as every week it was like what have they done now but for him it was an absolute nightmare at the time.

The police don't really do anything these days

But even after he mentioned it did he still get the fines and stuff?

Shocking that. I reckon if my number plate was on display Chaos would be doing the same
