I went to uni in Pompey. Have witnessed a lot of **** down there. My mate also ran a bar and restaurant in Southampton and it was always kicking off there as well. Must be the sea air. I worked the day pompey played millwall in cup game. Was mental. Southsea got boarded up. The night was amazing. We sat outside a nightclub eating kebabs watching fights all night. Football fans fighting each other. Squaddies fighting football fans. Squaddies and Pompey fans fighting millwall fans. Such fun. Til my mate got stabbed on his way home.

SKY talking to a black protestor in Hyde Park, vocal about the cops not dealing with the far right, yet they horse stampeded the black lives matter march, last weekend.

I'm not walking all the way down there again.

It did look if, as only the statue guards had turned up. There is a big one of Queen Victoria, a rather nice one of Charles Dickens, sat on some books and a couple of Lions halfway up the steps. Black lions matter.

I don’t remember seeing any statues down there perhaps maybe on southsea seafront? I lived opposite the hovercraft port. My best mates down there, two were black and one was a Jew. @brb The Jew was a weed dealer. He lived on fratton park road.

    Goldsmith road, how ironic.

Where I'm referring to is the Guildhall square. Theres a big statue of Queen Victoria. The Dickens one is fairly new.

There's one of Nelson not far from where you were in Old Portsmouth. The ones on the seafront are all war memorials.

Can’t remember the name of the road I lived on. Maybe Clarence parade? I’ve got a photo of me stood outside it on graduation day which I won’t post. There used to be a great bar/club at the opposite end of southsea by the bottom pier. Was great. Used to go there and onto somewhere called Harry limes.
