This was during lockdown. Sunny weather but a day of high air pollution from southerly winds bringing pollution in from mainland Europe. Made for a stunning hazy sunset.
I don't know, but best guess, it looks like an onion, so maybe something like garlic that has been left to go to seed/woody. If you leave any onion in the ground, it will always grow, but probably more sprout foilage. What is throwing me is that top tip, as though original foilage has been cut, then it left in the ground to dry out. You can't cook it, but be interested to know if it did have an onion or garlic smell. Ffs don't try eating because I'm not certain.
