No it wasn’t, I like my egg like that with that dish (khai dao suk) but on toast I prefer khai dao mi suk runny yolk.
I also like an egg like that where the white goes a bit crispy but the yolk still runny. We agree on something.
done my eggs a little bit weird this morning.. served with crispy bacon , gran padano and hollandaise sauce.
They were lovely. Don’t knock it til you tried it. Interesting way to eat eggs. Going to make sausage bacon and egg baked cups tomorrow.
Separate the whites. Whisk the whites til they go like a meringue. Pinch of salt. Fold in some Parmesan. Then bake them for 3 mins. Then add the yolk on top and bake for another 3 mins. was lovely. Went well with crispy bacon and hollandaise.
