Ok, help me set this straight here - the doc at Companies House, which is signed by Justin Barnes and Amanda Staveley, says something about her borrowing (the charge) against St James Holdings, is that right? What do you think it means? There's some legal jargon in there about £13m, some other item about £200k. Not sure about the £17m, help me out there. Now I was at the time convinced there must be a takeover, but the silence is absurd. That nobody has any idea about this is beyond any comprehension. In her court case, she basically set up a few "vehicles" (like Cantervale, JV1, etc.) then went around trying to sell Man City to Mansour, China, Kuwait and Prince Turki (Saudi). Eventually Mansour - who wanted Liverpool in 2006 - took it on and paid the money, she got some cash and the rest is history. There are similarities with NUFC - she has created vehicles, is now trying to sell it to Saudi (I'd also guess she may have tried to sell to the same people? maybe Prince Turki is involved again?). Could that create an issue? Could she have no way of proving funds? Is any of this going to be visible to Ashley?
