I'm fairly convinced it will come to light they've failed when the WTO report is made public. I mean what constitutes reasonable doubt? it's their product that's been stolen. They can do what they like.

I don't think this at all.

If it was to fail as they have seen the report and that is part of their evidence they would have already failed it.

Then if that is the case then they will be appealing.

Maybe that's why they're waiting on the report being there for all to see...

    I doubt it. Easily appealable.

But we'll wait and watch as Tuesday will pass by with nothing happening

    appeal to who?

btw why are they waiting in the report? it's either of relevance or it's not.

    Ah, he gets it!

There's something about Newcastle under Ashley that is entirely unique - it's the phenomenon of "business as usual". In spite of voluminous rumours and insider knowledge, the club itself and absolutely everyone who would be allegedly able to shed light always, 100% of the time chooses not to do so. Premier League - no comment. Mike - silence. Charnley - business as usual. Bruce - how's the bacon. Staveley - busy. PIF - nothing. Reubens - nowt. Every affiliated solicitor, accountant, banker, secretary, note taker, club worker, groundsman - absolutely **** all.

Isn't it just a TAD odd that there's no news anywhere, at all?

In 13 years, no news has NEVER constituted good news. This is what I'm struggling with; this is how it has always been and silence has never been the precursor for anything positive. I'm not suggesting any of this is conspiracy, I just think it's worth considering Mike Ashley in this. He remains a pathological liar, a social pariah, a man blinded by his own arrogance. Is he doing enough? Is he really bothered? Is he reconsidering?

Does anybody here know, 100%, what the CH document was?

It's simple...put your emotions to one side and consider whether stealing from the company that's deciding on whether to let you in their competition is a problem ....

not to mention murdering people and all the other ones.

    somebody found something...

Yep, and there's been one thing on Twitter that I thought was genuine - was from someone who apparently deals with PCP and he was of the opinion the deal itself had failed about a month ago, that Staveley herself had given up.

Think about it - what's Ashley going to say? "Yeah, I've been mugged off twice now, in spite of calling her a tyre kicker last time out." Ashley never says anything at the best of times, let alone admitting when he's been played.

Isn't it odd that there isn't one directly attributable source anywhere? Man City's deal had a lot of alarm bells ringing at the time, but there were plenty of statements from the PL and the buyers. Silence wasn't necessary.

Why, also, would it suit Ashley to have silence? He is VERY aware of how he's thought of in Newcastle - doesn't it very much suit him to make noises about selling the club? So why hasn't he?

The more you look at this objectively, the worse it gets. As I've said a number of times, the most obvious answer tends to be the right one.

It's failed and it failed a month ago... I've been saying for a while now that people seem to think they'd be told... why ? why would they bother ... just let it go away until it's safe to tell the *****s. There was a reason they handled BZG that way and this in terms of handling it is the same regardless of it being closer the same tried and tested process will be applied and has been.
