There’s a group of us who all produce something different and generally things you can’t buy in the shops here so it gives others a taste of home away from home. Baking really just provides me beer money other lines are more lucrative and keep me occupied.
Keep fighting the anorexia mate.. stay strong. I’m making homemade Chinese. Clearly going to be a disaster. I’ve made the sweet am sour sauce. Which is lovely. I boiled some rice and hour or so ago to use in a fried rice with onions peppers and mushrooms. Then am making chicken balls. The batter is made. 1 1/2 cup of flour. 1 cup of cornflour. 3 tbsp of baking powder. Garlic granules, sesame oil and soda water. I’ve also butterflied some raw prawns and dunked in egg and panko breadcrumbs.
If you choose the former you’ll feel obliged to crack some cans, as a kebab without beer is plain wrong.
BBQ ribs and chicken fried rice tonight. Black forests matter gateau for afters then spliff and tea to finish off.
Ive actually never baked a cake, well one sponge cake with hashish and jam way back but In a cake maker so still cheated. Diced some chicken breast onion garlic and fresh ginger fried that up for a min. And added basmati. BBQ ribs were packet ones, not bad very little fat so good for me.
