We're safe in the league with a quarter of the season to go, our accounts showed that we paid off £33m of the loan to fatso (and probably more again for the 19-20 season) so we'll have been in a great position compared to other EPL clubs going into the financial cluster-F that is Covid19. Yet... all people do is complain and look for a change of ownership. If it happens then it happens but in recent years the hands off approach of Ashley and the will to reclaim his loan from us after having made us financially stable makes me more luke warm towards him. Hell, if he actually allowed us to claim sponsorship money or try to develop us in any way so we could compete with clubs we should be comparable to then I could even come around to being supportive of his ownership.
