Yes it’s quite important. If 33 is repayable on demand (which it isn’t btw) then Ashley would be due another 33m of cashflow in this year. I.e taking out another 33m on top of what he has already.

 

So long as the numbers are correct who cares about a boy of wording that was clearly just left there?

Accountants look at the notes just as much as the figures. If the note was true then he’s getting another 33m within 12 months of June 19. So another 33m of cashflow out of the company.

If it’s not an error then yes it’s a big deal. Plus it’s been audited so if the auditors miss something small like this it undermines the auditors.

I guess in the anal world of accounting something like this is an opportunity for another auditor to go. “You know your last accounts have a glaring error in them don’t you”

Plus it also undermines the numbers. If the note says it’s 33m is repayable on demand and that is supposed to be correct. Then you need to find 33m or cash within 12 months of the year end.

No it can’t. As that’s all due after one year. Therefore not repayable on demand. It’s protection for the short term creditors.

Ah that’s good. A couple of weeks ago I went to the toilet in the middle of the night and as I walked past me wee daughters room I got a horrible waft. Went in to make sure she was ok and she had spewed all over herself in her sleep but didn’t wake up. I **** myself. The thought of what could have happened as they usually wake up don’t they. It had all dried aswell.

Yes the £144 was repayable, £33m in 12 months from June 2018 and the rest long term. The legal charge registered with pcp capital is for this debt to be repaid as soon as the deal goes through.

As soon as the PL got the WTO report? I think it was @Sheikh_of_Araby who stated that the PL won’t release their opinion until the report is out.
