Stuffed crust Pizza tonight 3 cup fulls of flour Oregano Tbsp sugar 1.5 sachet instant raise Yeast Throw in whizzer...feed it with some olive oil and hot water too wet...so feed some flour in it till it’s nice n doughy not sticky
Enough for 2 pizzas gently oil the inside of bowl and cling film then allow it to prove for around 40 minutes Proved
Home made pizzas tonight. THIN crust. Made by my middle un(allegedly), very nice indeed. One with bolognese sauce, which was cracking.
Now the tomato base done...allow 30 minutes to cool I’d normally use a can of tomatoes but didn’t have any in so went for Passata instead
I’m a stone baked man, so @Chief ‘s young’uns thin crust attempt is a definite winner, looks really tasty. Spurly posting the entire process and a very presentable end product is pure dedication to the thread, and deserves respect.
Not really a fan of anything but thin crust so I'm giving my son the win! Was very good, was taken aback. Yours look nice enough mind.
