What I meant was If it was that serious of an issue with no potential resolution they would have rejected. You are right about the opportunity though. Get the Saudi's on board and it solves it. The PL also recover losses by splitting of MENA deal, BEin pay less and then come 2022 it is up for grabs.

wto report mid June and I'm lost as to the significance of it is the prem have already seen it . perhaps they will reject officially then once the reason is there for the world to see ? would make sense imo to save any it's not fair why always us complaints from us..

The PL cannot use it at the moment. Its a confidential document that has been 'leaked.' That is the tort of breach of confidence.

One of today’s reports states PL are in an impossible situation ref our takeover! Again I feel the urge to respond. For the record I don’t disagree with you. I want to add to it. What is the significance of the date of the report being published publicly on 14th June. The premier league have apparently had the report already. It can’t of been leaked as we cannot see it as it’s not in the public domain yet. Could it be some form of deadline for the PL to respond to. “You have until 14th before the world sees the report so get your act together please” Can someone please show me an article which proves the 14th is the date. (I’m not wumming here I just want to see it).
That's just it. A commercial barrister based in London emailed the WTO to query this. They responded with this...
they've seen it, its enough to warrant failing letting them into their competition and will wait til it's available for public review before making the decision public
So basically I refer to my earlier post about the PL negotiating with the Saudis and using the takeover as leverage. The report gets published on 14th so we WILL know the contents. The WTO have apparently ALREADY ruled on this so the date is just the outcome and evidence on it. Therefore I think we will have a very VERY good idea what is happening on the 14th either way!
